💡 Your idea is worth nothing… until it solves a real problem

Alright. You’ve got a brilliant idea. You can already picture the logo, the name, even how it could change people’s lives.
But… where do you start?
🔹 First thing you do: You share it with your friends, family, or partner. And of course, you hear things like:
“Hmm, I don’t see it…”“That already exists…”“It’s not going to work…”
Getting feedback is great — but don’t get discouraged if the first reactions are warm. Your idea is still raw, and it’s normal that others don’t see what you see.
👉 Listen, take notes, but don’t give up right away. Validate it, tweak it, and circle back.
🔹 Then, ask yourself the key question:
💭 What problem am I solving, and for whom?
If you can explain that in one clear sentence, you’ve already made serious progress. Because an idea without a real problem behind it… doesn’t have a customer.
🔹 And here’s where the Lean Startup methodology (by Eric Ries) comes in. It helps you form hypotheses, test them, and move forward step by step until you reach your MVP — Minimum Viable Product.
But before you think about technology, design, or investment…
🎯 You need to understand your customer.
Do they truly have the problem you think they do? Does your solution really bring them value — or is it just your perception?
If you can go back to your friends and clearly explain:
✅ what problem you solve, and
✅ who your customer is,
then you’ve already made huge progress.
🔥 Remember this:
The problem I solve + The customer I help.
Your next mission is to define that customer profile and get to know them deeply. But that’s a topic for another post 😉
📩 If you’re at that stage — you have an idea and want to validate it, build your MVP, or better understand your customer —I can help you do it with structure and focus.
👉 Send me a message, and let’s figure out how to make it real.
